Moving to a paid plan

You can move to a monthly paid subscription at any time.

From your Leadcatcher dashboard, you can click on the plan status button on the top right-hand side of the page and this will re-direct you to your plan payment section. In the below example, the user is in a Free Trial period. This will bring you to the SUBSCRIPTION STATUS section where you can change your payment status.

You can also log into your Leadcatcher dashboard, scroll to the BILLING section and click on the SUBSCRIPTION STATUS link.

When you click on the CHANGE TO PAID PLAN button, a window will open, this allows you to enter your Credit or Debit card and address details and to move to our monthly paid plan.

Invoices are issued every month and you will be sent invoices via email in addition to these being saved in your dashboard. If you wish to cancel or pause your account you can do so through the dashboard and you will receive no further invoices.
